Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for accessing and using ZecureCloud services.

Draft for review — last updated: 24 October 2026.

Publication notice

This document is a draft and must be completed and reviewed before it is published as binding terms. The legal identity and address of the service operator, applicable business details, final billing conditions and any mandatory consumer information must be confirmed first.

1. Service provider and scope

ZecureCloud provides online account access and, where ordered and provisioned, virtual private server (VPS) and related cloud hosting services. These terms apply to use of the website, customer panel and services supplied through it.

Before publication, this section must identify the legal person or individual operating ZecureCloud and provide the legally required contact and address details. “ZecureCloud” is a trading name and does not, by itself, identify the legal service provider.

2. Accounts and account security

3. VPS orders and provisioning

VPS plans, specifications, prices and availability are described on the website or in the customer panel. Available resources may depend on capacity and the selected plan. An order is not considered provisioned merely because an account has been created or a request submitted.

Provisioning times may vary. Any estimated delivery time is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Material changes to an accepted order will be communicated to the customer.

4. Credits and charges

The customer panel uses credits to represent prepaid service value for eligible VPS plans. The displayed price is currently based on one credit per month for Starter, two credits per month for Pro and four credits per month for Business. The current reference price is €5 per credit. The price and credit cost shown at checkout or in the panel must be checked before an order is placed.

The final checkout and purchase-request process must clearly state the amount payable, applicable taxes where relevant, accepted payment methods and when credits become available. No clause in these terms excludes a refund or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Renewals and insufficient balance

VPS services may be billed in recurring monthly periods. The applicable start date, expiry date, renewal price and credit requirement should be visible in the customer panel or order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for maintaining sufficient credits before renewal. If the balance is insufficient, ZecureCloud may notify the customer and, after any clearly disclosed grace period, restrict or suspend the affected service in accordance with the order terms and applicable law. The actual warning schedule, grace period and suspension procedure must be specified before publication and must match the system's real behaviour.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the services to:

You are responsible for the software you install, the data you store and the activity carried out through your VPS, subject to applicable law and any responsibilities that remain with the service provider.

7. Security, backups and data

Unless a plan expressly includes a backup service, you should maintain independent backups of your data and configuration. Do not assume that data can always be recovered after deletion, failure, suspension or termination.

You are responsible for maintaining your applications, access credentials and security settings. ZecureCloud does not promise that any service is immune from interruption, vulnerability or data loss. This section does not remove any mandatory legal duty owed by the service provider.

8. Suspension and termination

Where lawful and proportionate, a service may be restricted or suspended when necessary to address a serious security risk, unlawful use, abuse, non-payment, material breach of these terms or a binding instruction from a competent authority or infrastructure provider.

Where reasonably possible, the customer will be informed of the reason and any available steps to remedy the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. Termination, data handling and any outstanding balance must be dealt with in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation procedures, the treatment of unused credits and any service refunds must be explained clearly before purchase. Statutory withdrawal, conformity, refund and consumer protection rights remain applicable wherever required by law. Any exception for digital services must satisfy the relevant legal conditions and cannot be assumed merely because a service is digital.

Customers should contact support to request cancellation or clarification of a charge. A request is not necessarily effective until any applicable cancellation procedure has been completed and confirmed.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a separate written service-level commitment says otherwise. Maintenance, upstream provider incidents, network events and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Changes to services or these terms will be communicated where required. Changes will not remove mandatory rights or retrospectively alter an order where the law prohibits doing so.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections. Any lawful limitation of liability must be proportionate, transparent and reviewed for the relevant service and customer type.

Customers should take reasonable steps to protect their data and systems. This does not excuse the provider from obligations imposed by law or from responsibility for matters for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should identify the controller, purposes and legal bases for processing, recipients, retention periods, applicable rights and how to contact the controller or supervisory authority.

13. Complaints and contact

For support requests, questions about an order or complaints, contact ZecureCloud through the official Telegram support channel below. The service provider's legally required identity and postal contact details must also be published before these terms are finalised.

14. Governing law and disputes

The applicable law and competent courts must be determined according to the operator's circumstances and mandatory rules. Nothing in these terms deprives a consumer of protections or forums that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Final provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms must be read together with the relevant order details and any additional service-specific conditions. In case of conflict, mandatory law prevails.

This is a draft for operational and legal review, not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. Complete the operator details and verify all commercial procedures before removing the draft notice or publishing this page as final.
